Return Policy

Since most of the party products are disposable and for personal use, generally all sales are final in order to guarantee all our clients get the new products.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. As such, if you have determined that you need a different size, or if you receive damaged item or the wrong item was shipped, please email: sales@fofoparty.ca to initiate an exchange or credit.

Requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns in advance. All products must be returned if they are unused and in new condition with original packaging.  Only unworn clothing items (shirts, pants, sets, jackets, dresses, pajamas, etc.) may be returned. Returns must include the name of the original purchaser. Food, candy items and personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees. 30 day money back, purchaser pays return shipping.
